Why:

Are you wondering what "Elevated" has to do with our mission camp? Psalm 97 tells us that God is exalted high above everyone and everything.
This is a difficult and scary concept for most of us. How do we reach Him, get close and have a relationship with Him, communicate with Him? Well, one way is to "Elevate" ourselves in our relationship with God.

Over and over again we hear Mission Camp attendees make the comment that "I have never felt closer to God than I have on this trip". Mission work is one of the great ways that we can come closer or "Elevate" our relationship with God and the effect often follows us long after the trip is over.
Psalm 41 tells us: "Blessed is he who has regard for the weak; The Lord delivers him in times of trouble. The Lord will protect him and preserve his life". (Sounds like God is pleased with us when we serve others)

As you participate in this Mission Camp, you are likely to have an "Elevated" experience and feel much closer to God. It has happened to many others before you and it is my sincere prayer that it will be the same for you.
