United Methodist Women's Circles
CIRCLE 3
Circle Three is primarily professional and retired women who meet 10 months of the year. The purpose of our circle is to encourage our members to be involved in missions through prayer, study and action.
Location: Members homes
Meetings: 2nd Monday at 7:00 pm

RUTH CIRCLE
The Ruth Circle is an active daytime circle. They have a speaker each month as a part of their meeting. Mission projects include visitations to shut-ins, keeping in contact with others by sending cards, and supporting UMW projects.

NAN WILLIAMS CIRCLE
The Nan Williams Circle is the oldest circle at WCUMC. The members ages vary from the mid-40’s to the 90s. Mission projects that they support are: Thailand girl, Franklin Graham, Fifth Street, Pregnancy Crisis Center, and local families in need.
Location: Members homes
Meetings: 1st Saturday at 2:00 pm

KOINONIA (coin-no-knee-ah) CIRCLE
Our name comes from the Greek word which means: a fellowship, united by common experiences, creating a mutual bond in which fraternity overrides individualism and promotes belonging and companionship. We are a great mix of ages & interests who love the Lord and seek to serve. Our goals are spiritual enrichment, improved individual health & wellness, and a sharing fellowship that will equip us to go out into the community to be his hands and feet. We look forward to supporting missions for the old as well as the young wherever the need exists in our community.

PHOEBE CIRCLE (Youth Circle)
Phoebe Circle is a group of high school girls who enjoy fellowship and sharing their faith. They baby-sit monthly at the Mooresville Community Pregnancy Center and are always looking for new members!
Location: Members’ homes or church.
Meetings: Every other Sunday afternoon at 1:00 pm during the school year.

GRACE CIRCLE
Grace Circle is comprised mainly of working women of all ages. They enjoy fellowship with other women and serving the church where needed. Their mission is to host group activity nights at Barium Springs Home for Children.

HOPE CIRCLE
Hope Circle’s mission is to provide hope to others in the community and world through service. We meet for fellowship and devotional study in members’ homes.

REFLECTION CIRCLE
Reflection Circle’s mission emphasis is focused on supporting children’s missions and programs. The Reflection Circle is a great group of young mothers who want to deepen their faith through a weekly Bible Study and share their joy by working with children and for children.
