Singles, Single Again, Widowed, Never MarriedThe Singles Ministry at Williamson's Chapel UMC continues to be
an exciting and growing ministry. We offer a variety of program
options that we hope will meet the needs of the growing single
population in our church and area. As our ministry grows, our
goal is to continue to provide opportunities for singles to
connect with the church and other singles for spiritual growth
and support. Continue to check our website or church bulletin for
new opportunities to be a part of this ministry.
Wednesday Nights
On Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30 PM in Room B204, singles gather for Faith Journey. Class sessions vary with some focused on singles issues as well as the joys of being single. Others focus on deepening ones faith or understanding of Christianity. Classes are usually 6 to 8 weeks in length and you are welcome to begin participation anytime--even after a session has started. We are blessed to have singles from many churches in the community participate and hope you will also join us. |

Fitness / Hiking
We typically meet at 8 AM Saturdays at Lake Norman State Park, located on State Park Road off Perth, (first parking on the left as you enter the park). We periodically do hikes at other locations, such as Stone Mountain, Grandfather Mountain and other area trails. Everyone is encouraged to consult their own doctor prior to beginning any fitness activity. Communications usually take place via email, so do not forget to add your name to our email list.

WCUMC SINGLES MISSION STATEMENT
The Singles Ministry of WCUMC seeks to minister to the needs of singles at WCUMC and in the community to experience the love of God.
We are a diverse group of singles of all ages with one goal - to seek the will of God in our lives. We provide opportunities such as
Bible study, support groups, mission projects, fellowship and social events.
