Registration Information
Williamson’s Chapel receives numerous requests for information about the
preschool during this time of year. This page is intended to help answer any
questions you may have about our registration process. We hope you will find it

Williamson’s Chapel Preschool will conduct their registration for the 08-09
school year on the following dates:
Wednesday, January 30th: Registration for all currently enrolled and
their siblings
(This day is only for children who already attend our preschool) Monday,
February 4th: Church members who do not already attend the preschool may
register on this day.
(Please Note: You need to formally join and be a member of WCUMC, not just
attend the church in order to register on this day) Week of February 11th:
Waitlist Applicants will be notified during this week.
If we have a spot, you will be notified by phone or email. If we do not have a
spot for you at this time, you will be notified via mail.
Waitlist Information:
If you are not currently enrolled or are not a church member you need to be on
the waitlist in order to be considered for a spot. You may place your name on
the waitlist at anytime during the school year. Applicants are called in order
of when their application was received. Therefore, it is encouraged to place
your name on the waitlist as soon as possible, since some age groups have longer
waiting lists.
Getting Your Name on the Waitlist:
To get your name on the waitlist, you can download the form from this
website (just click on the waitlist form on the left side of the screen) and
submit the $10.00 waitlist fee. This will be taken off the $75 registration
fee when and if a space becomes available. The form may be mailed to:

Or it may be returned in person to the Preschool. The Preschool is located
in Building B. Information about the Preschool:
Choosing a Preschool is a very important decision for parents. At Williamson’s
Chapel we feel it is important to provide families with as much information as
possible to make an informed decision. On our website you will find information
regarding our curriculum goals and objectives and progress reporting tools for
each age group, a copy of our parent handbook, a downloadable brochure, as well
as information about our mission and philosophy.
Touring the Preschool:
Probably the best way to get a feel for a preschool is to visit the facility.
Since there is such a high demand for tours during the registration time, we
will be offering tours on the following days in order to ensure the Director is
available to meet with you.
Friday, January 4th, anytime between the hours of 9:30-11:30 am
Tuesday, January 8th, anytime between the hours of 9:30-11:30 am
Thursday, January 17th, anytime between the hours of 9:30-11:30 am
Tuesday, January 29th, anytime between the hours of 9:30-11:30 am If you
